Baseball Cares Camp 2026 · Saturday, Nov 28, 2026, 10:00 AM–3:30 PM at the Bishop O’Connell High School baseball field in Arlington. Campers are coached by Division I college baseball players. We built Baseball Cares to reach players who have fewer resources and fewer chances at camps like this. Families of all income levels are welcome, and every camper gets the same experience.
Cost: Free. There’s no fee, and donating never affects a player’s spot, coaching or recognition.
Lunch: Lunch is included.
Space: The camp is limited.
Apply for an invite. A parent or guardian applies for their player, and we email invites to families.
Coaches & guests

The day
Small groups rotate through hitting, athletic performance and baseball skills, then a position-instruction block. Your coaches are Division I college baseball players. Bishop O’Connell High School baseball players help out in a supporting role. Lunch is included.
Hitting
Focused swings with a college player watching every rep.
Athletic movement
Speed and movement games — fun challenges, not pressure.
Baseball skills & positions
Fielding, throwing and time at a position.
Connection
Coaches and role models who care — and campers who go home feeling supported.
See the draft camp-day schedule. It is tentative, and we will confirm the final schedule before camp.
Parking & check-in
Parking is marked in red: the lot beside the baseball field, and along N Trinidad St and 26th St N.

What to bring
Gear
Glove (required) and a bat if you have one. Cleats or sneakers.
Comfort
Water bottle and warm layers — late November can be cold and wet. Lunch is included, so there’s no need to pack one.
Camp waiver
Every family signs the camp waiver, which includes permission for camp photos and video.
How camp is run
Parents are welcome to stay and watch, and no adult is ever alone with a camper out of sight of others. The adults who work with campers are chosen by the Camp Director and are given a camp-day safety briefing.
