This website is run by Baseball Cares.

This website does not collect information itself. The application on the Apply page is hosted by Jotform and asks for the parent or guardian’s name, the parent’s email, the parent’s mobile number, the camper’s name, the camper’s age, and a checkbox to agree to the camp policies. We use it only to run the camp and contact families.

The application is for parents and guardians to complete. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children.

If you email info@baseballcares.net, we use your message to reply to you.

Photos and video

The camp policies every family agrees to include permission for camp photos and video. We never post a camper’s name with an image.

Questions and deletion requests

To ask about your family’s information, or to ask us to delete it, email info@baseballcares.net and tell us what you would like us to do.

This notice will be updated as the application and policies are finalized.
